Petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order of cancellation of the PDS licence by the respondent no. 3, SubDivisional Officer, Sonepur, Saran dated 30.11.2017 as contained in Annexure-2, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the respondent no. 2, the Collector, Saran at Chapra being Appeal No. 80 of 2017 but the same has not yet been disposed of. Learned counsel for the State appears and is heard. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Collector , Saran at Chapra, respondent no. 2 to dispose of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14303 of 2018 (2) dt.31-08-2018 2/2 Appeal No. 80 of 2017 within a period of one month from the date of production of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
