Petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order of cancellation of the PDS licence by the respondent no. 3, SubDivisional Officer, Sonepur, Saran dated 30.11.2017 as contained in Annexure-2, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the respondent no. 2, the Collector, Saran at Chapra being Appeal No. 80 of 2017 but the same has not yet been disposed of.
