Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39906 of 2014 (05) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 ammunition. From the order-sheet of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-2nd, Madhepura it appears that charge-sheet have been filed, cognizance have already been taken and the charges are yet to be framed.

Be that as it may, once charges are framed, the petitioners above-named shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Madhepur in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No.197 of 2013.
