The petitioner is accused in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of Fradbeyan of informant, Manikant, Khutauna P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019 was instituted against three unknown but in course of investigation, robbed mobile was put on surveillance and the SIM of robbed mobile was shown in the mobile of the petitioner. Thereafter, petitioner was apprehended and SIM of robbed mobile was recovered from the mobile of the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56631 of 2019(3) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 and in custody since 06.07.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-III, Jhanjharpur, in connection with Khutauna P.S.
