The matter has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner for clarification with regard to quantum of amount to be deposited in each succeeding month. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to deposit Rs.1,500/- per month to the informant from September, 2015. But counsel for the informant submitted that the informant is not ready to accept the offer of the petitioner. Under the circumstances, it was directed that the Rs.1500/- from September, 2015 for each succeeding month will be deposited before the learned court below which will be invested in some fix deposit scheme in connection with the present case which will be subject to the result of the present case. Hence, no clarification as such is required.
