ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2019 in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.182 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has surfaced on the statement of one Chandan Kumar which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
