Committee, Marketing Division, Eastern Region to option to change the Land application dated 04.04.2022 for qualified of R.O. Dealership at Pali on S.H.52, District Madhubani under SC category because after due process N.O.C. has been given by the all authority but after lapse of sometime due to Covid-19 all routine plan was drop out and when the I.O.C. given L.O.I. (Letter of Indent) vide Ref. M/2019/ In005190/ BH/ 000222/ 2306/ 00074 dated 31.01.2020 the Boundary Raiyat of lease holder objection has been made thereafter petitioner made application to allowed as per terms and conditions of company to some valuable land which is marketable which is available to the petitioner." Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to file a fresh petition, on the same and subsequent cause of action, as also pursue the alternative remedies, in accordance with law. Permission granted with liberty as prayed for. As and when any such petition is filed, the same shall be processed and listed on priority basis.
The instant petition stands disposed of as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms.
