This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report, relating to theft of motorcycle, is against unknown. The stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2016. The petitioner has got similar type of antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 189 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIII, East
