Patna High Court L.P.A No.562 of 2022 dt.27-01-2025 2/2 L.P.A. No.562 of 2022 stands condoned. Accordingly, I.A. No.1 of 2022 stands allowed.

L.P.A. No.562 of 2022:

4. Appellant's grievance is that while working as a Lecturer, he has earned Time Bound Promotion and it is to be treated as promotion to the post of Reader. The same cannot be considered for the reasons that Time Bound Promotion granted to such of those employees stagnated in a particular post for 10 to 12 years, Depending upon the Scheme of Time Bound Promotion, they are entitled to have the benefit of Time Bound Promotion. Granting or extending Time Bound Promotion does not amount to promotion to the next higher cadre. Therefore, we find no infirmity in the order of the learned Single Judge dated 22.08.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No.6898 of 2018.

5. Accordingly, the present L.P.A. No.562 of 2022 stands dismissed.
