The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise C-III-207 of 2018 for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 6791 of 2019 vide order dated 06.02.2019 While rejecting the prayer for bail, the Court granted liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months, if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

In view of the above, liberty granted to the petitioner by a Co-ordinate Bench of this case dated 06.02.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Siwan in connection with Excise C-III-207 of 2018.
