2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 326, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he fired at right thigh of Arvind Yadav. It appears from the impugned order that injured Arvind Yadav has suffered penetrating wound on right thigh measuring 3"x3"x4'' with red blood oozing of metallic radiopaque shadow has been seen near upper shaft of femur.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63242 of 2024(2) dt.16-12-2024 2/2 that the petitioner is a person of one antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather general and omnibus in nature.

5. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have opposed the bail.

6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is not entitled for privilege of anticipatory bail. His prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
