This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 341, 323, 452, 380, 325 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other co-accused are co-villager of the informant. Allegation is that they were identified when they were committing theft from the box of the informant inside the house. Co-accused Sandeep Tiwary, son of this petitioner allegedly committed assault with iron rod and Khanti causing injury at the head of the informant. There is counter case also with identical allegation.

Considering the fact that the allegation of commission of assault is against Sandeep Tiwary and other accused, the

No.24071 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge VII-cumAdditional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 95/2016.
