2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 504 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner being husband of the deceased is alleged to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.11.2022. He has further submitted that he has three children. He has further contended that the deceased died in an accidental fire in the agricultural filed.

5. Considering the fact that deceased had three children and it does not appear that probably the deceased

No.66503 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 would have killed his wife after such a long marriage and also considering the period of custody the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail subject to the condition that he will cooperate in the trial and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-I, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S.
