Considering the fact that the University has substantially paid the amount in terms of the order of the learned Writ Court, the Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the matter.

However, it shall be the obligation of the University to calculate the statutory interest in terms of the order of the Writ Court and ensure payment thereof at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from today.

The Court hopes and trusts the University will also ensure payment of current pension in accordance with law.
