The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.
"1 That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders of direction/directions to the respondent authorities for quashing the Memo No.
SSA-216 Buxar dated 25.04.2006 (Annexure-3) issued by the District Superintendent of Education-cum-District Programme Officer, Buxar, by which the employment of the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher was cancelled one also for
Patna High Court CWJC No.21990 of 2014 (2) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 direction upon the respondent authorities to be absorbed or re-employed the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of his earlier employment vide Letter No. 85 dated 30.05.05 under Gram Panchayat Ahirauli, District-Buxar."
Considering the reliefs as sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Buxar, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law, within the statutory period. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
