From perusal of the order dated 17.08.2015 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra in Divorce Case No.48 of 2013, it appears that the learned court below has directed the husband-petitioner to pay ad-interim maintenance of Rs.3,500/- per month to the wife-respondent under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act. The court below has assigned good reason and has recorded finding on the basis of materials before the court below that at least the income of the husband is about Rs.15,000/- per month.

In view of the above finding I find no reason to interfere with the order under challenge in supervisory jurisdiction. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
