JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 26-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

During course of scuffle having amongst the parties, it has been alleged against the petitioner, Bharosi Sah to have inflicted Farsa blow over head of wife of informant, Ramdev Sah causing injuries thereupon including participation of other coaccused so named during course thereof, as well as snatching of ornaments and cash.

Under para-16 of the case diary, the doctor had found following injuries over the person of injured:-

1. Sharp cutting injury on middle of scalp 2 1⁄2" x 1⁄4" x 1⁄4" .

2. Swelling on both side chest R- 1 1⁄2" x 1" L- 1"x 1⁄2". In the aforesaid background, petitioner is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44200 of 2014 (3) dt.26-03-2015 surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer for bail which the learned lower court will consider in the background of nature of injuries as disclosed above coupled with the fact that no repetition of blow was made.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant petition is disposed of.
