This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Hence, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the bar under Section 76 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable in connection with Excise No. 65 of 2017 pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari.
