The petitioner is accused in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017, registered under Sections 30, 36 and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 15 litres country made liquor from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.01.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18573 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV at Motihari, Champaran, in connection with Madhuban P.S.
