2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Madhusudanpur P.S. Case No. 92/2025 dated 16.06.2025 registered for the offence punishable u/ss 303(2), 317(5) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S., Section 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, two country-made pistol, six live cartridges, Rs.4,38,990/-, 234 grams of brown sugar, one electronic weighing machine and three motorcycles
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62380 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/3 were recovered from the house of the petitioners.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The seized contraband is less than the commercial quantity. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody in this case since 17.06.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Bhagalpur in connection with Madhusudanpur P.S. Case No. 92/2025, with a condition:- (i) The petitioners are directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioners are liable to be cancelled.
