====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.250 of 2018 registered under Sections 143, 498(A), 304(B) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the marriage of the deceased Pinki Kumari, the daughter of the informant, was performed with Mukesh Sah. After marriage, she was being tortured due to non-fulfillment of the dowry demand, due to that reason, she came to her Maika on 01.07.2018. Thereafter, on 07.07.2018, the officials of Sautin Credit Company and Ashirvad Company came at the house of the informant and two persons took away

At that time, the motherin-law and sister-in-law (Gotani) of the deceased were also with them. At that time, the petitioners along with others supported the aforesaid persons, saying that nothing mis-happending would be made to his daughter. Thereafter, on receiving information about the death of his daughter from the Ward Member, when the informant, on 08.07.2018 came to Gaura, he found his daughter lying dead on a cot. It appeared to the informant that his daughter has been killed by putting pressure on her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is cousin Gotani and Dewar of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, and they used to reside separate to the husband of the deceased. With an ulterior motive, the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It has been submitted at the Bar by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Mukesh Sah, the husband of the deceased, is already in custody.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be
