The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.405 of 2024 registered for the offence under section 317(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under sections 25(1-B) a and 26 of the Arms Act. 3.

The recovery is of one country made pistol and live cartridges. The petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2024.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61102 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Vaishali at Hajipur / concerned Court below, in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.405 of 2024.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner will mark his attendance at Mahisaur Police Station, District- Vaishali, on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
