Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2443 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 420, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the complaint and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to local politics. The present complaint case has been lodged after one year of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. Petitioner has no criminal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No. 2443 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
