Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 26.07.2012 passed CWJC No. 13291 of 2012 the name of petitioner no. 73 has wrongly been typed as 'Rani Devi' instead of 'Rina Kumari'.

Accordingly, the order dated 26.07.2012 passed CWJC No.13291 of 2012 is modified to the extent that the name

Patna High Court MJC No.2199 of 2021(2) dt.28-06-2022 2/2 of petitioner no.73 be read as 'Rina Kumari' in place of 'Rani Devi'. This modification petition is allowed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U
