The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323 and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has made two folds submission referring to the First Information Report. He contends that no offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code is made out on the basis of the allegations made by the informant, as according to her own version of the prosecutrix, physical relationship was established with consent. He has further submitted, referring to First Information Report, being Supaul P.S. Case No. 24 of 2013, registered by the informant herself, wherein, she is said to have stated that she got married with the petitioner, which was being opposed by the villagers. In view of the facts as noted above, I find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Let the petitioner, abovenamed, in
