2. Learned Counsel for the State has submitted that vehicle in question is in running condition but the petitioner is not accepting his vehicle.

3. This Court cannot go indefinitely passing the order in favour of the petitioner. Once the said vehicle is in running condition then petitioner ought to have taken possession of the said vehicle from concerned police station.

4. This application is disposed of in light of the affidavit filed by learned counsel for the State. It is the petitioner who will get possession of the said vehicle from the police station.
