2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 194 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 354, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, the allegation against the petitioner is that due to a trivial dispute marpit took place between the parties and petitioner along with other co-accused persons have assaulted the informant. Two persons have been injured. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 194 of 2022.
