JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed for payment of the retiral dues of the petitioner, who stood retired in the month of October, 2019 while working as Junior Engineer, Local Area Engineering Organization, Division-I, Bhagalpur, however, it is the case of the petitioner himself that except leave encashment, the entire retiral dues have already stood paid.

In such view of the matter, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20984 of 2021(2) dt.13-10-2022 2/2 petitioner to file appropriate representation for payment of the leave encashment amount before the Respondent No. 2 i.e. the Principal Secretary, Rural Works Department, Bihar, Patna and in case, such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of, in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
