The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 226 of 2014, registered under Sections 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66A and 66C of the I.T. Act.

The accusation is that the mobile no. 9934099374 of the informant was locked by 16 times in between 11.11.2014 to 17.11.2014 and through mobile no.

7549253302 and 9572977035, he was abused and threatened to kill. When the informant activated his said mobile number from the company then he came to know that his mobile was locked on the instruction received through Mobile No. 9608740676, lastly the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23890 of 2017 (4) dt.26-07-2017 2/2 caller disclosed his name as Bhima (Petitioner) saying that his shop is situated at Bhargama block.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that three mobile numbers, which are said to be used for abuse and threatening to the informant and also giving direction to lock the mobile of the informant do not belongs to the petitioner, rather, the said three mobiles are of Jagdish Mandal, Anuplal and Manju Devi. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.03.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 226 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
