The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019, registered under Section 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the marriage of daughter of informant was performed with Tuntun Mistri before 7-8 years, but she was being tortured by her husband and other in-laws. In the night of 23.05.2019, the informant received information to the effect that his daughter left the house and on the next day, he further received information regarding hanging of her dead body with a tree. The informant and other family members reached there then found dead body of his daughter was hanging on the tree then informant raised

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56344 of 2019(2) dt.05-09-2019 2/2 suspicion about having hand in the murder of his daughter by her husband and other in-laws.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, due to quarrel in between deceased, daughter of the informant and her husband Tuntun Mistri, daughter of the informant left the house. Thereafter, the information was received by the informant and on the next day she was found hanging on the tree. The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law have falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, Tuntun Mistri, husband of the deceased, is in custody.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
