The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the name of the mohalla has wrongly been typed in the cause title of this modification petition and he seeks permission to make necessary correction in the same.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title of this petition in course of the day.

The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 28.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35052 of 2021, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64755 of 2022(2) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 28.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35052 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
