JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47(a), 47(g) of Bihar Excise Act, 2016. In huge quantity Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from a vehicle in which petitioner and others were found sitting. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and having similar allegation, co-accused, Dasarath Yadav and Dharmendra Kushwaha have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
