====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V. NATH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.
From perusal of the office note it transpires that this revision application stood dismissed in default as against Opposite party Nos. 1, 3, 4 to 8 and 11 to 16. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that this revision application cannot proceed in absence of Opposite party No. 1.
In that view of the matter, there is no difficulty in coming to the conclusion that this revision is incompetent and is dismissed as such.
