KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 16-12-2021 The instant petition has been instituted on the basis of letter dated 14.12.2021, addressed to the Station House Officer, Shrikrishna Puri Police Station, and E-Mention Slip dated 15.12.2021, filed by Shri Surendra Kumar Singh, an Advocate of this Court, praying therein to issue certain direction to the appropriate authorities to take suitable action on the complaint dated 14.12.2021, filed by the applicant with regard to series of theft committed not only in his house but also in other Mohallas of Patna Town.
