Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal in respect of appellant nos.1, 2, 3 and 6 submitting that during pendency of this appeal appellant nos.1, 2, 3 and 6 have already been apprehended.

Permission is granted.

Now, this appeal survives only for appellant nos.4 and 5.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seek permission to withdraw this appeal with a liberty to renew his prayer for anticipatory bail before the learned Court below.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. The limitation, if any, shall be condoned.
