The petitioner seeks bail in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section-414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the alleged vehicle has been recovered from the garage of Md. Nasim. The petitioner is said to be sitting on the Tata Safari vehicle in suspicious condition and on seeing police party, he tried to escape from there but he has been apprehended by the police. The Case Diary has been received.
Learned APP has submitted that the petitioner has
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24178 of 2017 (3) dt.30-06-2017 confessed his guilt before the police. The charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.
In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner, named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
