Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the 04.03.2015.

State.

Petitioner is seeking release in connection with a case under Section 392 of the Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered against unknown. Charge-sheet, however, has been submitted for the offence under Sections 395, 397 of the Penal Code. Petitioner has been identified in the Test Identification Parade by two witnesses.

In the circumstances, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail even though he has remained in jail custody for nine months. Let the case be committed to the court of Sessions, if not already committed, trial (Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 53/14) be expedited.
