The petitioner seeks bail in Laukahi P.S. Case No. 84 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he is separate in mess and property. He has got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2021 having no criminal antecedent. Investigation is complete.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71077 of 2021(2) dt.08-03-2022 2/2 and the fact that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 84 of 2021.
