Petitioner has filed present writ application for a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision with regard to grant benefits of Ex Gratia in terms of the Government resolution and decision in the Memo No. 1063 dated 08.09.2015 without going into the merit of the writ application. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj to take
