The petitioner has moved the Court for a direction to issue appointment letter in her favour, as pursuant to a selection process, she was duly selected but formal appointment letter was not issued to her in the year 2010.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset,

Patna High Court CWJC No.18508 of 2014 dt.07-03-2017 2/2 submitted that the petitioner's case is identical to the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 10996 of 2011 (Satyanarayan Yadav & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) which was allowed with a direction to issue appointment letter to the petitioners of the said writ petition. Learned counsel submitted that the said order was followed by another coordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 16185 of 2013 (Amrendra Kumar & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and analogous cases, with similar direction.

Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the position. The State in its counter affidavit has also admitted that the petitioner has been duly selected.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is also disposed off in similar terms.

Since much time has elapsed, let the Block Development Officer, Laukahi, Madhubani ensure that appointment letter is issued to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- AFR/NAFR U
