2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 379, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of the I.T. Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Pintu Kumar, who was apprehended on spot along with other co-accused with huge numbers of ATM Cards and other documents. He further submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., West Champaran, Bettiah / concerned Court in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 228 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
