The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kahalgaon (Shiv Narayanpur) P.S. Case No. 376 of 2019, registered under Sections 30(a) and 37(c) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of eight litres country made liquor from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner, who is lady, had no knowledge about keeping the aforesaid seized liquor in her house as the same had been kept by her family members. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.56742 of 2019(2) dt.06-09-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge, Excise, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kahalgaon (Shiv Narayanpur) P.S. Case No. 376 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
