Respondent : Krishnadeo Rajbansi and Ors Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Chandra Shekhar Jha Member(Legal Profession) : Vinod Kumar AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement:

Office has reported that in the order dated 10.05.2025 passed in M.A. No. 549 of 2016, the name of Hon'ble Mr. Justice "Chandra Shekhar Jha" has inadvertently been typed/selected as "Mr. Justice Ashok Kumar Pandey."

2. Let it be corrected accordingly as to reflect the name of Hon'ble Mr. Justice "Chandra Shekhar Jha" in place of "Mr. Justice Ashok Kumar Pandey" in the order dated 10.05.2025.

3. Considering the aforesaid, earlier order dated 10.05.2025 which was uploaded on website be deleted from the website.

4. NIC and office are directed to take appropriate steps in view of aforesaid correction.

5. It is jointly submitted that matter stands compromised between the parties against sum of Rs. 21 lacs/- as full and final

payment.

6. Accordingly, appellant/company is directed to pay aforesaid settled amount within six weeks, to opposite parties from the date of receipt of this order.

7. At this stage, it is pointed out by learned counsel Mr. Alok Shahi, appearing for opposite party no. 1, namely Krishnadeo Rajbansi that payment as aforesaid, be maid through RTGS/NEFT in favour of opposite party no. 1.

8. The bank details of opposite party no. 1, namely, Krishnadeo Rajbanshi is already available with appellant.

9. Statutory amount, if any, be paid to appellant within two weeks after realization of aforesaid amount.

10. In view of aforesaid compromise, the present miscellaneous appeal stands disposed of.
