Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 04.03.2015.

Petitioner is said to be a member of the extremist group, is alleged to have set ablaze a pick-up van. He is in jail custody since 28.05.2014. Antecedent of the petitioner is not clean as he is involved in three other cases but in those cases he has been allowed bail. In the circumstances, one last chance is being given to him to come back to the mainstream.

Let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Patahi P.S.
