Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the mother-in-law of victim Guriya Devi. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2016. The investigation is already complete. The petitioner is ready to co-operate with the trial of the case. Considering the aforesaid facts especially the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

No.22205 of 2017 (3) dt.20-06-2017 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur/successor Court in connection with Baruraj Police Station Case No. 126 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
