The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Trial No.3993 of 2011 arising out of Complaint Case No.C-1573 of 2009 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 498A and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the in-laws of the complainant Chamcham Devi, who has roped all of them on general and omnibus allegation of harassment.

No.43415 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that the petitioners are in-laws having no specific role to play, let all the four above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Trial No.3993 of 2011 arising out of Complaint Case No.C1573 of 2009, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
