2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in a case instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 469, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he fraudulently withdrew money from the account of informant's husband, after his death.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66250 of 2024(5) dt.03-04-2025 petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is dispute between mother-inlaw and daughter-in-law. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is ready to return the alleged amount in three installments. Out of which, Rs. 50,000/- (fifty thousand rupees) will be paid at the time of filing of bail bonds and rest amount will be paid in two installments.

2) also agrees on this point.

6. After depositing the entire amount, both parties will file a compromise petition and withdraw the cases against each other.

7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as both parties agree on the point, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66250 of 2024(5) dt.03-04-2025 connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif at Nalanda, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
