This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, who is accused in Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 200 of 2017 for offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 188, 283, 337, 153A, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of Arms Act and Section 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act. From perusal of F.I.R. it appears large number of persons have made accused in this case. Similarly circumstance accused have been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24018 of 2017 vide order dated 17.05.2017 and Cr. Misc. No. 24332 of 2017 vide order dated 22.05.201. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am inclined
