Petitioners are applicants of Miscellaneous Case No. 3 of 2007. The petitioners filed this Civil Miscellaneous petition against the order dated 12.02.2018 by which the learned court below rejected the petition of the petitioners on the ground of their vagueness.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be allowed to file a fresh petition for bringing documentary evidence on record.
Patna High Court C.Misc. No.714 of 2018 dt.27-07-2018 3/3 I find submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners reasonable and just. Accordingly, I dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to file detailed petition and on such, learned Sub-Judge shall hear the petitioners and pass order in accordance with law.
