2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 498A , 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioner along with other co-accused persons committed torture and harassment to the daughter of the informant due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. Petitioner is father in law of the daughter of the informant. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concerned with the affairs of the couple. Moreover, thrust of accusation is against the husband of the daughter of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62708 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 informant. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, Patna/concerned court below in connection with Rupaspur P. S. Case No. 48 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shishir/- U T
