This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Toddy was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner.
Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Excise Case No. 385 c 2 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, I, Sheikhpura, or successor Court.
